INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM
Welcome to the Injury Prevention Program – designed to help volleyball athletes prevent injury, and maintain peak performance. Our program is supervised by our licensed physical therapist who will guide you through exercises and treatments tailored to your needs. “The best way to recover from injury is to prevent the injury from happening in the first place.” IPP offers a comprehensive solution to help.
What’s Included:
- Dynamic Stretching Exercises: Improve flexibility and range of motion, led by licensed physical therapists.
- Foam Rolling and Soft Tissue Mobilization: Relieve muscle tightness and soreness under expert supervision.
- Yoga: Focus on balance, flexibility, and mind-body connection.
